Eric Cohen

Eric Cohen serves as Managing Director and Head of Debt Origination for Affinius Capital.  Eric leads the Affinius credit team’s origination efforts across various fund strategies and executes transactions nationwide.

Prior to joining Affinius Capital in 2015, Eric worked at J.P Morgan where he was an investment banking associate on the large loan team within the bank’s CMBS group.

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
