Curt Owen

Curt Owen serves as Senior Vice President of Development. In this role, he executes on the firm’s Office, Life Science, and Data Centers ground up development projects across the United States. Prior to his current role, Curt was a Senior Associate in Affinius Capital’s Portfolio Analytics Group where he worked closely with the firm’s portfolio managers, providing them with valuable analytics to help them make the most optimal investment decisions on behalf of their respective funds.

Prior to joining Affinius Capital, Curt Owen worked for Hertz Investment Group, a boutique real estate investment firm based in Santa Monica, California. In his role at Hertz, Curt underwrote, performed due diligence on, and successfully acquired 22 office properties across 13 different U.S. cities representing a total transaction value of $1.32 billion.

Curt received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from Mississippi State University and his Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Curt Owen is a CFA® charterholder.
