Josh Hullum

Josh Hullum serves as Executive Director of Construction Management for Affinius Capital.  Josh is responsible for overseeing the construction and development of projects throughout greater North America.

Prior to joining Affinius Capital, Josh was a Senior Project Manager with DPR Construction, a national general contractor focusing on Advance Tech, Healthcare, Office, and Hospitality.  Josh was responsible for expanding company operations into the San Antonio area, establishing and managing a local business unit.  He was accountable for growing the company’s strategic presence in the area along with ensuring the health and success of each project.

Josh received a bachelor’s degree in leadership and development and a Masters in Construction Management both from Texas A&M University.
