Jason Hans

Jason Hans joined Affinius Capital in June of 2006.  In his current position as Senior Managing Director of Portfolio Management-Logistics, Jason is primarily responsible for the management of multiple logistics portfolios and investments consisting of approximately 46 million square feet of quality bulk logistics properties valued in excess of $3.4 billion.  His duties include fund and asset management, direction of leasing and property management, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Affinius Capital, Jason served as a Manager in Pricing, Planning, and Analysis for the New Power Company in Houston.  At New Power, Jason was instrumental in a $750 million public offering and provided market analysis and product pricing in the residential and small commercial deregulated electric and natural gas markets.

Jason received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1999 and his Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006.
