Tyler Figley

Geographic Focus: Southeast, Bay Area, Pacific Northwest

Tyler Figley serves as Senior Vice President for Affinius Capital. Tyler is responsible for origination and deployment of capital across Affinius Capital’s credit initiatives in the Southeast and Pacific Northwest. Tyler also leads the origination efforts on all student housing and self-storage assets across the country.

Prior to joining Affinius in 2019, Tyler held an origination role at Aegon Real Assets where he was focused on deploying capital across a variety of debt structures and products primarily in the Midwest.

Tyler earned a double major, Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business, and his Master in Real Estate Development from Iowa State University.
