Eddie Gonzalez

Eddie Gonzalez serves as a Managing Director, Asset Management for Affinius Capital.  He is responsible for overseeing the performance of an industrial asset portfolio of 77 million square feet in the U.S. and Mexico.

Prior to joining Affinius Capital, Eddie was the Market Officer for the Austin and San Antonio markets for Prologis. His responsibilities included the day-to-day operations and portfolio management. Prior to working at Prologis, Eddie worked at CBRE in San Antonio practicing both tenant representation and agency leasing throughout the MSA and into South Texas.

Eddie is a founding member and former Board Member and Treasurer for the NAIOP – Austin Chapter.  He received his undergraduate degree from Austin College and MBA from the University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley.
