Bahram Motamedian

Bahram Motamedian serves as Senior Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Affinius Capital. He is the Portfolio Manager for Digital Economy Partners, a data center development Fund.  He is responsible for evaluating new investment strategies and vehicles as well as overseeing the management of separately managed accounts within the Portfolio Management team. Bahram also oversees the company’s proprietary artificial intelligence platform and the application of predictive analytics to assess relative investment risk across the organization. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Affinius Capital in 2013, Bahram was Managing Director with Hines in London with the responsibility of making real estate investments on behalf of Hines and its investors. He has over 25 years of experience in global real estate investment.

Bahram received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a former Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a member of ULI, NAREIT, and INREV.
