Chandler Owen

Chandler Owen serves as Vice President of Data Center Development for Affinius Capital. In this role, she supports the firm’s data center platform across the full development lifecycle, from site selection, due diligence, and internal committee approvals through capital formation and construction execution. Chandler also serves as Chair of the firm’s ENGAGE Steering Committee, a cross-functional employee engagement committee spanning wellness, volunteerism, professional development, and firm culture.

Chandler officially joined the firm in 2020 as an Analyst on the Office Asset Management team, following earlier roles with the company as an intern and contractor supporting Dispositions. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Office & Life Science Asset Management, where she led firm-wide process improvement initiatives to streamline investment reporting, managed leasing strategy and business plans, and presented annual strategy updates and quarterly valuation metrics to the firm’s investment committee.

Chandler graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Development. She is a graduate of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA) Leadership Development Program and also serves as an Alumni Mentor for the UTSA Real Estate Capstone Program, coaching students through full-cycle real estate development projects.
