Dane Petersen

Dane Petersen serves as Executive Director at Affinius Capital, focusing on industrial & logistics investments across the United States. He is responsible for sourcing and executing speculative and build-to-suit development projects, as well as acquisitions. He also plays a key role in maintaining and expanding Affinius Capital’s network of developer and broker relationships.

Prior to joining Affinius Capital in 2022, Dane was a Principal in the Real Estate Equity division at KKR, where he oversaw asset and portfolio management for a diverse portfolio of assets across a broad range of property types, including industrial & logistics, hospitality, multifamily, and office. His earlier experience includes positions at HFF and Stream Realty Partners.

Dane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Honors, with a minor in Economics, from Texas A&M University.
