David Greenburg

David Greenburg serves as Managing Director for Affinius Capital.  David is responsible for origination and deployment of capital across Affinius Capital’s credit initiatives including the sourcing, negotiating and structuring of loan transactions.

Prior to joining Affinius in 2021, David served as Managing Director at UBS for seven years where he was a regional head of origination, deploying capital across a variety of debt structures and products across the United States.  Prior to joining UBS, David held origination positions at Deutsche Bank, RCG Longview and Bank of America.

David received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
