Paul Segreto

Paul R. Segreto is Managing Director, Development and Investments for Affinius Capital.  Paul is responsible for the execution of all asset level strategies, including leasing, asset management and real estate operations of a +/- 85 million square foot industrial/logistics portfolio across North America and Europe.

Prior to joining Affinius Capital, Paul was with CBRE in Houston, where he was Vice President and focused on the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment properties on a regional and national level.  Transactions included national portfolio sales, programmatic joint ventures and one-off local dispositions, closing more than $625 million in transactions.

Prior to CBRE, Paul was an Industrial Asset Manager with Weingarten Realty Investors where his responsibilities included direct supervision of over 10.5 million square feet of Industrial properties across multiple markets.  In this role, Paul was responsible for all aspects of portfolio performance including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, new development and reporting.  Additionally, Paul served as the primary acquisition and disposition manager for the western region of the U.S. and provided leasing, new development and reporting support in other markets.

Paul received his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Texas A&M University.
