Amazon Mexico MTY 5 is a 154,000 SF Class A, cross-dock, build-to-suit sortation center for Amazon located in Escobedo (Monterrey), Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The Site benefits from its proximity to several industrial parks and key highways, which includes the well-known NL-100 “Periferico Monterrey” highway. Construction on the Project commenced in May 2022 and was substantially completed in November 2022. Frontier, Artha Capital’s industrial platform, was the developer for this project.
