Projects Highlights
The Project is located in London, United Kingdom. Located within the Slough-Hayes “Golden Corridor”, the Site benefits from the significant levels of existing and future cloud demand.
• Situated within existing Availability Zones (“AZs”) for top global hyperscalers and adjacent to London’s two prime cloud availability zone’s (Slough Trading Estate and Stockley Park).
• Proximity to the M25 motorway (where significant fiber is laid), Heathrow Airport, and central London.
• Benefitting from the Grand Union Canal (north) and the great Western Railway (south) facilitating access to a vast range of telecommunication network providers.
• Over 25 undersea fiber optic cables feed into London via the M4 corridor.
The Project will be constructed Class A, purpose-built data center that meets the physical specs and design characteristics required by the hyperscalers in today’s market.
The Project will be connected through a to-be-developed substation, Uxbridge Moor, with an estimated energization timeframe as early as 2029.
Status
Site work is expected to begin in 2026 to ensure delivery commensurate with an energization date in 2029-2030.
