In 2021 and 2022, Mountpark Logistics EU S.a.r.l., a joint Venture between Affinius Capital Holdco B.V. and Mountpark Finco S.a.r.l, developed the second phase of a modern logistics park in Dublin, Ireland. Units C, D & E were all leased prior to practical completion and the business park provides 1.05 million sq ft of logistics facilities.
