Affinius Capital partnered with Baker Development Corporation for the development for the project, who has acquired, developed, or constructed over $3.0 billion in real estate over the past 30 years.

Elevate’s “V” shape floorplate design features 25 different floor plans plus 16 penthouse-level apartments including three duplex “sky homes”.

Elevate boasts 20,000 square feet of amenity space including a unique, third floor landscaped common-area courtyard space as well as a roof-level amenity floor with panoramic city views.
