MELI PLATAH I is a 1,046,252 SF Class A, cross dock, build to suit distribution facility for Mercado Libre located inside Platah Industrial Park in Villa de Tezontepec, Hidalgo, part of the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. The site offers direct connectivity to major corridors serving Central Mexico’s population centers, including Arco Norte, Circuito Mexiquense, and México–Pachuca, with proximity to AIFA (≈28 miles) and other key nodes. Construction occurred in 2024–2025 and the project delivered in May 2025. Frontier Industrial & Logistics Real Estate (Artha Capital’s industrial platform) served as developer.
